The project I completed at the end of 2nd term is finally up! I'm sorry it's taken so long! I based my designs on aerial landscapes such as fields, irrigated land, logs floating on a river etc. Inspired by National Geographic and images from Google Earth, I wanted to prove that even by viewing from a different angle, our planet is full of pattern. Through my use of colour and style of painting, I wanted to abstract the images so that the focus was more on the actual pattern. My production piece lengths are based on this project also and will be up exhibiting in Tremough Campus Design Centre, Falmouth University College, tomorrow. Photos up soon!
